Return Policy

60-DAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
1. Contact support@pushuppr.com to receive your return shipping label.  Pack your return or exchange in the original box. Write the reason for the return or the desired exchange on the packing slip. If you do not have the original box or the packing slip, use an appropriately sized box and include a note with the order number and your contact information.

2. Within 7 business days of receiving your item, we will issue a refund or ship your exchange. Your credit card company may take several additional days to post refunds to your account.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

  • Returned or exchanged equipment must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase.
  • PUSH-UP PR/UPPR, Inc. is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • The credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase will be credited.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please send all cancellation requests to support@pushuppr.com. Cancellations cannot be processed if the order has already been shipped.
